Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors

The Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors have had one of the best rivalries in the NBA over the past few years. This season, the two teams have met four times, with the Lakers winning three of those games.

The most recent meeting between these two teams was on February 2nd, when the Lakers won 116-108. LeBron James had a triple-double in that game, with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists. Anthony Davis was also impressive for the Lakers, scoring 28 points and grabbing eight rebounds.

For the Warriors, Stephen Curry was once again their best player, scoring 30 points and dishing out six assists. Kevin Durant also had a solid game, scoring 24 points and grabbing seven rebounds.

This rivalry is sure to continue into future seasons as these two teams remain among the best in the NBA.

Houston Rockets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

On Sunday, the Houston Rockets took on the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Rockets had a strong start to the game, but the Thunder quickly caught up. In the end, the Rockets won by a margin of 3 points. This was a close game and it was exciting to watch.

NFL

This past week was eventful for the NFL with teams scrambling to make last minute trades before the deadline. The Buffalo Bills made the most headlines after they pulled off a massive trade with the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams sent two first-round picks, a third-round pick, and a fifth-round pick to the Bills in exchange for star wide receiver Sammy Watkins and a sixth-round pick.

New England Patriots vs. Baltimore Ravens

The New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens will face off in a highly anticipated AFC Wild Card matchup on Sunday, January 10 at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings

The NFC North rivalry between the Packers and Vikings is one of the fiercest in the NFL, and this year’s matchup will be no different. Both teams come in with identical records, and the winner will take control of first place in the division. The Packers have been dominant at home over the past few years, but the Vikings have a strong defense that could give them trouble. It should be a great game between two evenly matched teams.

NHL

The NHL season is in full swing and there are plenty of stories to keep track of. The Tampa Bay Lightning are still the team to beat as they sit atop the standings. The Toronto Maple Leafs are also having a strong season and are right behind the Lightning. In the Western Conference, the Colorado Avalanche and the Vegas Golden Knights are leading the way.

Chicago Blackhawks vs. Detroit Red Wings

Blackhawks look to keep pace in Central Division against Wings

The Chicago Blackhawks will look to maintain their position in the Central Division standings when they take on the Detroit Red Wings on Sunday afternoon.

The Blackhawks (34-20-6) are currently third in the division with 74 points, just two points behind the second-place Nashville Predators. Chicago is coming off a 5-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks on Friday night, a victory that snapped a three-game losing streak.

The Wings (20-31-9) are last in the division with 49 points and have lost four straight games. Detroit is coming off a 6-3 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday night.

This will be the fourth and final meeting between these two teams this season. The Blackhawks have won all three previous matchups, including a 6-1 victory in Detroit back in December.

New York Islanders vs. Pittsburgh Penguins

The New York Islanders and Pittsburgh Penguins are set to meet in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the second straight year. The two teams will battle it out in a best-of-seven series, with the winner advancing to the conference finals.

The Islanders are coming off a dominant regular season in which they won the Presidents’ Trophy (given to the team with the best record in the NHL). They’ll look to continue their strong play against a Penguins team that was also one of the best teams in the league this season.

This should be a great series between two evenly matched teams. Be sure to catch all the action when it starts on Wednesday, May 5th!
